A full restoration is a high-pressure clean back to bare tile, replacing any broken tiles, re-bedding and repointing the ridge caps, then a sealed primer coat and colour coats in the finish you choose. We'll set out exactly what your roof needs — in writing — before any work starts.
How long does a roof restoration take?
Most homes take a few days, depending on the size and pitch of the roof, how much repair and repointing is needed and the weather. We'll give you a realistic timeframe when we quote, and we work cleanly and tidy up each day.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes — the re-coat is done in the colour you choose, so you can freshen up the look of the house or match it back to how it was. We'll talk you through the options at the inspection.
Do you restore both tile and Colorbond (metal) roofs?
Yes — we restore concrete and terracotta tile roofs and Colorbond/metal roofs: cleaning, repairs, re-bedding and repointing where it's a tile roof, and a fresh protective re-coat on both.
Do I need a full restoration, or just repairs?
Not every roof needs the full job. At the free inspection we'll tell you honestly whether a restoration is worthwhile or whether a few repairs and some repointing will do — and you'll see the price for either in writing, with no pressure to go ahead.
